Enfants Riches Déprimés Spring/Summer 2024 show kicked off at the iconic l’Oratoire du Louvre with the raw noise of a babydoll-shaped theremin. This unusual opening set the tone for the entire collection, capturing the delicate balance between vulnerability and the harsh realities of life. Imagine an American soul adrift in the heart of Europe, entangled in a web of time and space.
Rather than seeking destruction, the collection embraces purity, as evidenced by its light color palette, occasionally punctuated by all-black ensembles. Angelic and perverse elements coexist, both in search of an ecstatic state.
