EDWIN – Artistic Soulmates

Salomon Faye, the Harlem-raised lyricist, is back in the studio working on his new album, ‘On the Soul’. EDWIN had the opportunity to meet him on the streets of Paris and witness his collaboration with photographer Camneh.
The two artists embarked on a visual odyssey, exploring the themes of trust and admiration through their interwoven narratives. Camneh’s lens captured the unspoken bonds between them, creating a curated imagery that reflected their emotions of vulnerability and strength.
Despite their different backgrounds and styles, Salomon Faye and Camneh converged on a singular, cohesive visual language, expressing themselves with ease and harmony. Each frame of their work was a testament to their mutual respect and appreciation, revealing the beauty of collaborative artistry.
