Edward Crutchley x Save The Duck
by Adriano B.

Edward Crutchley is launching a collaboration with Italy-based 100% cruelty-free outerwear brand Save The Duck for Spring/Summer 2022.
This represents Edward Crutchley’s first collaboration lending his expertise in textile design and fabrication to the technical outerwear category. Revisiting iconic styles from the Save The Duck archive, both brands worked together to produce an elevated capsule, created from 100% recycled materials.
The outerwear capsule is supported with athleisure pieces, another category first for Edward Crutchley, alongside casual accessories echoing the camouflage and check prints of the core capsule. In a continuation of Edward Crutchley’s commitment to a non-gendered approach to fashion design, centered on his core belief that apparel items are non-gendered by default and it is wider society and context that project traditional gender stereotypes onto these – the collaboration has been conceived as fully unisex.
The collaboration launches across Save The Duck’s five global flagships and selected top-tier retailer partners globally, as well as their e-commerce platform at savetheduck.it.
