“A CONTEMPORARY DENIM-BASED REINVENTION OF THE 90S, EXPRESSIVE YET MINIMALISTIC.”
Sophie Thomsen, Design Manager
Born & raised in Gothenburg, Sweden, Dr. Denim, has been a brand to trust whether you are looking for elegance or function & where the characteristics of persistence, smart choices & humility has been passed down for generations. Dr. Denim has taken form as an uncompromised denim brand where perfect fit, price & total experience reach far beyond seams & buttons & where Every Day Is A Denim Day.
Their Fall/Winter16 collection eyes the novelty of ‘90s grunge era & all elements popular with its aficionados during that decade’s initial incarnation are present, but heightened with Dr. Denim’s interpretation, still as that static scene everyone wanted to be a part of. With Berlin as their ideal location for this collection, the ‘90s has been completely revisited but sharply curated with clean lines, clever crops, longer lengths layered onto even longer silhouettes that challenge the typical, and where the denim is dark and the stiches are strong.
