Dior and Saks Create a Carousel of Dreams for the Holidays
by Adriano Batista

Dior and Saks have joined forces to create the Dior Carousel of Dreams at Saks, a spectacular display of festive magic and craftsmanship. This remarkable project celebrates the long-standing relationship between Dior and New York, which dates back to over seven decades. The front of Saks Fifth Avenue New York was transformed by a stunning installation that showcases Dior’s signature symbols. A huge Ferris wheel, inspired by a design by Pietro Ruffo for the Dior 2024 cruise collection by Maria Grazia Chiuri, featuring the star, the clover and the Zodiac signs.

The art of miniature and meticulous detail will be on full display in the iconic windows of the Fifth Avenue building. A multitude of small wonderlands, filled with the holiday spirit and the essence of Dior, will captivate the viewers. The interior will also reflect this poetic vision: on the first floor, a real carousel, nearly five meters tall, will greet the visitors throughout the day. A range of exclusive pieces will be revealed in the Dior boutiques of this extraordinary location.

As a vital part of the collaboration, Saks has launched a World of Dior pop-up on Saks.com for a limited time. The pop-up offers a rich selection of Dior collections, including women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, leather goods, accessories, Dior Maison, Baby Dior and La Collection Privée Christian Dior.

A magical experience that blends the legacy of the two Houses, more united than ever by their pursuit of excellence.
