Davide Renne, newly appointed creative director of Moschino, dies at 46

Absolute shock in the fashion industry due to the death of the designer and last creative director of the Italian fashion house Moschino, Davide Renne.
Unfortunately, the Italian has bid us farewell at the age of 46, due to a sudden illness, as confirmed by Marco Ferretti, executive chairman of the owner AEFFE, through a press release: “There are no words to describe the pain we are experiencing at this dramatic moment. Davide joined us only a few days ago, when a sudden illness took him away from us too soon. We still can’t believe what has happened. With Davide we were working on an ambitious project in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and optimism for the future. Although he was only with us for a very short time, Davide knew how to make himself loved and respected immediately. Today we have the responsibility to continue what his imagination and creativity had imagined. Our condolences to his family and friends.
This fact has left most people speechless, as Davide had just been appointed as Jeremy Scott’s replacement only 10 days ago. From here, we join the words said in the statement and send our condolences and encouragement to all his family and friends.
