Cosmic Gucci: A Timeless Journey through Fashion and Art Announce London Dates
by Adriano Batista
Step into a cosmic journey as La Casa announces the arrival of the Gucci Cosmos exhibition in London! Following its sensational debut in Shanghai last April, this showcase of Gucci’s most iconic designs from over 102 years of history will grace the extraordinary space of 180 Studios, open to the public from October 11th to December 31st, 2023.

The British artist, Es Devlin, who designed the original exhibition, has crafted an exclusive new setup for 180 Studios, paying homage to London and its pivotal role as the wellspring of inspiration that led Guccio Gucci to establish his Florentine atelier for artisanal luggage way back in 1921. Meanwhile, the Italian curator, Maria Luisa Frisa, returns with a fresh selection of never-before-seen treasures from Gucci’s archive, beautifully showcased in the heart of London.
Embark on a journey through the decades, and witness how Gucci’s visionary ethos has continuously mirrored and shaped each era. Gucci Cosmos is a captivating traveling exhibition, taking the heritage and craftsmanship of the House to every corner of the world, granting access to Gucci’s archive in Florence, and showcasing how its most iconic pieces and symbols have gracefully withstood the test of time.
In 2024, Gucci Cosmos will venture to the enchanting cities of Paris and Kyoto, intertwining narratives and elements that resonate deeply with the distinctive culture of each captivating location.
