Commute: AVENIR Spring/Summer 2025

Avenir‘s Spring/Summer 2025 collection, titled “Commute,” took inspiration from the everyday hustle of city life. Held in the heart of Berlin’s Potsdamer Platz, the show juxtaposed the urban landscape with a sense of unexpected tranquility – mirroring the experience of finding peace within the daily city grind.
The collection explored the diverse world of commuters. Models walked the runway in looks that transitioned seamlessly from “bedhead to boardroom,” while eye-catching accessories like golden train ticket earrings and bags adorned with street map prints added a touch of whimsy.
Catering to the practicalities of urban life, Avenir’s “Commute” collection featured geometric patterns reminiscent of subway tiles and seat covers, alongside reinterpreted business pinstripes. Sustainability was also a key focus, with all pieces crafted from remnant fabrics, upcycled materials, or a combination of both.
Continuing their successful partnership, Avenir collaborated with Ena Jewellery for the fourth season. This year, the jewelry line drew inspiration from the world of commuters, featuring pieces that echoed train tickets, cycling apparel, and everyday travel accessories.
