CAMPERLAB presents Tormenta
by Adriano Batista

CAMPERLAB is set to unleash Tormenta, a cool line of sneakers for Fall/Winter 2023, revolutionizing sustainable materials and manufacturing with an innovative edge.
Taking its name from the Spanish word for “storm,” Tormenta‘s design channels the ever-shifting essence of turbulent skies. Streamlined and dynamic, the runner-inspired silhouette boasts a daring, fluid outsole that seamlessly melds with the upper, evoking a sense of organic unity.
Remaining faithful to CAMPERLAB’s philosophy while pushing boundaries, Tormenta is a testament to innovation. Sustainability takes center stage with its comprehensive 360º approach, featuring materials that are all-natural and eco-friendly.
The multi-material upper showcases the use of plant-based Sorona® fibers, the regenerative power of HyphaLite™ derived from mushrooms, and MIRUM®, a leather alternative sourced from organic, plastic-free origins. Complementing these eco-conscious elements are a natural rubber and EVA outsole, breathable bamboo linings, and laces made of TENCEL® Lyocell. The shoe’s Ortholite-shaped footbed, designed to harmonize with its organic contours, delivers exceptional cushioning and comfort.
Tormenta makes a striking debut with four contrasting color options. From the timeless allure of black-grey and beige-white combinations to the vibrant hues of aqua and electric blue, there’s a style to suit every taste.

The collection is available at selected Camper stores worldwide, partner retailers, and camperlab.com.
