BIMBA Y PALOMO Campaign
by Adriano Batista
BIMBA Y LOLA has joined forces with Palomo Spain for the creation of their FW23 capsule collection, aptly named BIMBA Y PALOMO. This collaboration is a fusion of creative and technical experimentation, celebrating the shared local sentiments of both brands.
The avant-garde style of BIMBA Y LOLA blends for the first time with the artisanal, gender-neutral approach that Alejandro Gómez Palomo has championed since 2015 at his studio in Posadas. Two seemingly distinct worlds with something in common: a personal yet cosmopolitan identity. They converged in New York City during Palomo Spain’s September 2023 NYFW show.
Photographed by Grant James-Thomas during the collection presentation at NYFW, the BIMBA Y PALOMO campaign revives a journey filled with contrasts, showcasing the shared roots of the two brands. The British artist’s dizzying perspective, rich in chiaroscuro, also unveils the collection’s most sought-after accessories, including knee-high straight boots, a rose-shaped leather bag, and the reinterpretation of their iconic Pocket bag in an XXL size in the collection’s tricolor theme.

This collection will be available on the BIMBA Y LOLA app starting from October 25, and in selected stores and on bimbaylola.com from October 26.
