Pull&Bear, a principal partner of the British Fashion Council’s NEWGEN initiative, has teamed up with designer Marie Lueder. Their collaboration is part of the brand’s project, Canvas for Creativity, which gives emerging designers access to its resources to create innovative collections.

Lueder’s capsule reinterprets the gothic and medieval world. It mixes the ritual energy of ancient festivities with the modern codes of club culture. She calls this idea “Castlecore,” viewing it through a contemporary, free, and experimental lens.

The limited collection includes 20 garments and 6 accessories. Standout pieces are a bag and knee-high boots with asymmetrical knots. You’ll find knitted designs, a transparent technical nylon jacket, reworked blue denim, and a purple graphic tee. The main materials are cotton: in denim, chunky knit, jersey, and plush. With genderless fits, the clothes are made for versatility and comfort, reflecting Lueder’s inclusive vision. The designs combine gothic and medieval references with modern touches, like football tees and scarves. The color palette uses rusty, earthy, and washed tones, creating a space where the old and the new coexist.
