Gunther Opens Its First Boutique And Unveils “The Essentials”
by Felipe Castro

GUNTHER inaugurates its first boutique in the heart of Le Marais in Paris to unveil its new timeless collection Les Essentiels. The Parisian house started a new chapter with the opening of their new space, located at 10 rue de Picardie, Paris 3rd. Reflecting Naomi Gunther’s vision, the space, a hybrid between a gallery, a studio, and a personal wardrobe, features two of the brand’s foundational facets. Embracing heritage through the use of vintage elements like floral wallpaper, 1940s club armchairs, and an early 19th-century coat rack. Their contemporary vision is also brought to life with clean lines and bold blue paint, reminiscent of the raw denim used in various collections.

In the spirit of new comings, the boutique will exclusively present GUNTHER’s new collection Les Essentiels, a line channeling a modern and sustainable wardrobe, with a reinterpretation of its iconic pieces for everyday wear. Representing the house’s signature cuts, noble material, and refined details embodying a subtle intertwining of sophistication and functionality, Les Essentiels presents the perfect masculine wardrobe, understanding understatement and boldness. Respecting artisanal craftsmanship, all pieces are produced between Paris and Portugal, created with signature materials, such as textured fabrics, various types of denim, and jacquards, all featured for their quality and character.
