MM6 Maison Margiela doesn’t stop for a second when it comes to design proposals, and if two months ago we discovered and analysed the Spring/Summer 2025 one, now we focus our attention on the Pre-Fall 2025 collection, recently unveiled in a lookbook.
22 looks are what make up the latest launch of the French luxury fashion house’s young brand, every one of which has been designed to be worn and enjoyed daily, especially during the transitional months between summer and fall, and which, by the way, become one’s best ally and help one to feel self-confident. This confidence can be perceived in the different ideal scenarios in which to wear the precise and elegant garments on offer, such as the office or informal meetings with friends or acquaintances, among others; as well as in how street codes have been mixed with reworked formal archetypes, giving rise to coats of different lengths and leather jackets, both habitually worn over jumpers and knitted shirts; fluid tailoring trousers; or oversize bags and lace-up shoes.
Above, daily life has been mentioned, in which for a large percentage of people sport has a place. The MM6 design team is aware of this, and together with Salomon they have designed new pieces inspired by the 90s, such as the MM6 XT shoe, detachable T-shirts, oversized fleece liners, and reversible seamless quilted jackets, which further strengthen the alliance,
