Saint Laurent Rive Droite has launched a new podcast series titled “Talks,” which brings together influential figures from the worlds of cinema, photography, and art. These individuals share a connection with the iconic fashion house and its Creative Director, Anthony Vaccarello. The series is distinguished by its visual style, filmed in a stark black and white aesthetic that complements the candid nature of the conversations.
Hosted by French journalist Augustin Trapenard, the series takes place in a deliberately sparse setting, allowing for a focus on the deep and personal dialogues about the guests’ life experiences and professional journeys.
The inaugural episode shines a spotlight on German photographer Juergen Teller, a long-time artistic collaborator with Vaccarello, known for capturing the essence of Saint Laurent through his campaign work. Further cementing their partnership, Saint Laurent proudly sponsors Teller’s latest exhibition, “i need to live.” This showcase of Teller’s work began at the Grand Palais Éphémère in Paris, running from December 16th, 2023, to January 9th, 2024, and has since moved to the Triennale Milano, where it will be on display until April 1st, 2024.
