Rev up your style with a dose of high-octane influence as ENGINE, the organic Italian gin that’s equal parts craftsmanship and innovation, joins forces with streetwear connoisseurs IUTER. This collaboration takes a joyride through Japanese subculture, drawing inspiration from the anarchic and aesthetic Bōsōzoku biker gangs that emerged post-World War II, leaving their mark on manga classics like Akira.
The limited-edition collection, a brainchild of the collaboration between ENGINE and guest designer Giorgio di Salvo, is a heartfelt homage to the Bōsōzoku culture. Embracing the rebellious spirit of these motorcycle mavericks, the garments in the IUTER x ENGINE capsule collection feature custom symbols, badges, and logos reminiscent of those adorning the modified bikes tearing through city streets. Against a backdrop of deep black, embroidered details and patches add an edgy contrast.
From tees and caps to socks and a workwear ensemble comprising a jacket and carpenter pants, the capsule collection packs a punch. Crafted from 12-ounce stone-washed denim, the workwear outfit is a nod to both durability and style. And for those seeking a unique sip of the collaboration, a special edition half-liter can of ENGINE organic gin, complete with IUTER’s diamond logo, is in the mix.
