Overwhelm by all the new music coming out? Here, a selection of our favorite tracks released this week, from emerging to most established artists, this is your weekly soundtrack!

Khalid – Present

American singer Khalid is back with a brand new track and it’s always a pleasure listening to his voice. “Present” is a damn good mood song and the video is so aesthetic. There’s no announcement about a new record but it will be another masterpiece for sure!

Sacha Rudy – Breathe

At only 20, French producer and musician Sacha Rudy already worked with some of the most exciting artists like Eddy de Pretto, Laylow as well as young new-soul diva Crystal Murray. After his first release last September, he just revealed his new single “Breath” which is an addictive bedroom pop song.

Jeshi – Generation

East London rapper Jeshi just dropped his latest single “Generation” which is about the youngsters in his area. Including two sidetracks “Hit by a train” and “Sick”, is clearly an appetizer of what is coming next as his new album is expected to be out in early 2022.

Ariana Grande and Kid Cudi – Just look up

Following the release of the movie “Don”t Look Up” by Adam McKay with a blockbuster casting including Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill as well as Timothée Chalamet, RnB princess Ariana Grande made the official soundtrack. She teamed up with Kid Cudi for a smooth ballad where she wanted to remind us that she is still one of the best vocalists in the pop music industry. The movie is out on December 24th.

Charlotte Adigéry and Bolis Pupul – HAHA

Belgian-Caribbean musician Charlotte Adigéry and her music partner Bolis Pupul are about to release their first album “Tropical Dancer” in March 2022. A project where they approach some hot topics such as cultural appropriation, racism and the impact of social platforms. After electronic banger “Blenda” they revealed the weird but addictive “Haha” where Charlotte is simply laughing.

Ruel – Growing up is ____

Australia’s current biggest musical exports Ruel was the youngest artist ever to win the ARIA Breakthrough Artist award (at just 16) and has since gone on to have his music streamed billions of times globally and performed to sold-out crowds on his 3 worldwide tours. His new single “Growing Up Is___” is outstanding and by far the best song he’s released.

Papooz – None of this matters now

Parisian duo Papooz just released their latest single “None of this matters now” with a video directed by Alice Kunisue. Armand Penicaut and Ulysse Cottin, the guys behind this project, just delivered us an indie-folk masterpiece which is such a chill and relaxing tune.

Ria Sean – Satisfy my soul

Nigerian musician Ria Sean recently released her first EP “Fluid” via Aristokrat and Island Def Jam records. A 6 tracks project where she mixed Caribbean sound as well as some hip-hop and Afro-pop inspirations. Her new single “Satisfy my soul” shows the melting pot of her music and it came out with a sensual and sulfurous video.

vaultboy – rocket science

Be careful because this track can go on repeat. vaultboy launched last May his debut single “Everything Sucks” and it was a huge viral hit that currently sits at a cool 48 million streams. With his 1.2 million followers on TikTok, he just released “Rocket Science”, a playful catchy pop track that announced a first EP in January.

070 Shake – Lose my cool feat NLE Choppa

070 Shake and NLE Choppa have released a new song called “Lose My Cool”, along with its accompanying music video. This track is the first offering from 070 Shake’s next record “You Can’t Kill Me Because I Don‘t Exist”. Her previous project “Modus Vivendi” out in 2020 was well-acclaimed and she is currently on tour to promote it. Recently, she was featured on Gener8ion latest song “Neo Surf”.
