A new exhibition by Aaron Johnson, a Californian artist who blends different painting styles, is now on display at La Térmica, Málaga. The exhibition, titled “We Are Made of Stardust”, is the first solo show of Johnson in Spain and one of his largest in Europe.

The exhibition’s title, “We Are Made of Stardust”, is inspired by the famous quote of Carl Sagan, an astronomer who popularized science and astronomy. This phrase reflects the scientific fact that the atoms in our bodies were once part of stars that exploded in supernovas, spreading their elements across the universe. Johnson’s paintings celebrate this cosmic connection and the harmony between nature and humanity.

Aaron Johnson is an artist who lives and works in Los Angeles, California. He graduated with an MFA from Hunter College in New York in 2005. His work has been exhibited in various museums and galleries, such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Weisman Foundation in Los Angeles, and the Solo Collection in Madrid.
