After releasing their debut album 2018, the Brazilian band Viratempo, returns with a new project and new aesthetic. ‘SMOKE’ is the second single taken from AUTOCURA EP their upcoming effort coming November 13 via the label Freak. ‘SMOKE’ features the Brazilian Los Angeles-based artist SARTØR who brings strong melodic trap influences to the bass-driven track.
Viratempo is clearly a band who is not afraid to reinvent itself, after experimenting with synthpop, the current Viratempo incarnation drinks influences from such artists as Tyler the Creator, Gorillaz, King Krule and Portishead.
