Louis Vuitton has named Tyshawn Jones as a Friend of the House, continuing its focus on connecting with talent outside of fashion and building a stronger menswear community. Growing up in New York, Tyshawn quickly became one of the most influential skateboarders of his generation, winning Skater of the Year twice, in 2018 and 2022.

Tyshawn’s relationship with Louis Vuitton grew after he attended the Men’s Fall/Winter 2025 show, hosted by Creative Director Pharrell Williams. Pharrell, who has a deep appreciation for skate culture, admires Tyshawn’s impact on skateboarding and streetwear. Their shared passion for creativity and authenticity makes this collaboration a natural fit. Tyshawn’s talent and personal style align with Louis Vuitton’s focus on quality and innovation.

Louis Vuitton’s connection to skateboarding isn’t new. Virgil Abloh, the brand’s former Men’s Artistic Director, helped bring skate culture into the world of high fashion through collaborations and designs. Now, under Pharrell’s direction, that relationship continues to grow.
