Tokyo Velvet: Paul & Joe FW25

Paul & Joe’s new collection, Tokyo Velvet, acts as a cultural bridge. It connects the elegance of Paris with the dynamic pulse of Tokyo. The line draws from the contrasts of the Japanese capital, pairing French chic with a distinct Tokyo spirit.
The clothing itself tells this story of a subtle meeting between tradition and the present. You see it in the luxurious velvets, the three-piece suits in fine wools, and the brown gingham coats. A dragon-print shirt adds another layer to this dialogue. Each piece is made in France from exceptional materials, using a palette of Tokyo’s night colors: deep browns, inky grays, and dark blues.
The result is a refined and sustainable wardrobe for the modern man. It finds a middle ground between casual comfort and sophistication.
As Artistic Director Adrien Albou notes, the Paul & Joe man has always been connected to the woman. Their references are shared, from tweeds and velvets to rich wools, often set within an English garden atmosphere. The brand’s identity is this specific mix of preppy and pretty, a balance that fits both women and men. This collection is a clear expression of that shared world.
