#TOGETHERBAND + Queercircle Launche Pride Initiative Friendship Band
by Adriano Batista

BOTTLETOP launch a campaign called #TOGETHERBAND. This campaign is all about unity and aims to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, Pride Month, and the anniversary of the LGBTQ+ charity, Queercircle.
Pride Month, observed in June each year, holds great significance as it acknowledges the arduous struggle for civil rights and the ongoing pursuit of equal justice under the law for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community. It’s a time to honor the achievements of LGBTQ+ individuals.

Unfortunately, despite progress, LGBTQ+ people still face widespread stigma, exclusion, and discrimination globally. This discrimination persists in various aspects of life, such as education, employment, healthcare, and even within their own homes and communities. To combat these inequalities, the Pride #TOGETHERBAND represents a powerful symbol of commitment to reducing disparities, as outlined in UN Sustainable Development Goal 10.
By supporting Queercircle, we can create a safe space and contribute to systemic change for the future of the LGBTQ+ community. This organization aims to foster an environment that protects and uplifts LGBTQ+ individuals.

What makes #TOGETHERBANDs even more special is their sustainable production. They are crafted using 100% recycled and upcycled materials. The rope itself is made from Parley Ocean Plastic®, which is derived from plastic waste intercepted by Parley from remote islands, shorelines, waters, and coastal communities. The clasp is crafted from Humanium Metal, repurposed from decommissioned seized illegal firearms in Central America. By using these materials, #TOGETHERBAND helps end armed violence and supports the rebuilding of conflict-torn societies. The production of each band involves the skillful craftsmanship of artisans in Nepal, providing them with livelihoods and contributing to the development of their community.

Furthermore, the entire proceeds from the sales of Pride #TOGETHERBANDs will be generously donated to Queercircle, a leading LGBTQ+ charity. In addition to this, for every purchase made on their website, #TOGETHERBAND pledges to plant trees and donate three meals through their #TOGETHERMEALS campaign.
Join the movement and make a difference in the lives of LGBTQ+ individuals while promoting sustainability and unity. Available HERE!
