Gucci presents a new short film, “The Tiger,” directed by Spike Jonze and Halina Reijn. The film features looks from the Gucci: La Famiglia collection by Artistic Director Demna.
The story centers on Barbara Gucci, played by Demi Moore. As the Head of Gucci International, she hosts a birthday gathering at the family home with her children and a special guest. The evening is meant to be a celebration, but beneath the polished surface, Barbara is struggling. She is trying to uphold the company’s reputation, impress her guests, be a mother, and maintain control over everything. When the night takes an unexpected turn, her carefully built façade begins to crack, forcing the family to find a new way forward.
The film features a notable cast including Edward Norton, Ed Harris, Elliot Page, Keke Palmer, Alia Shawkat, Julianne Nicholson, Heather Lawless, Ronny Chieng, Kendall Jenner, and Alex Consani.
Select screenings will be held in New York City at Cinema Village on September 24 and in Milan at Palazzo Mezzanotte on September 25. Tickets are available on gucci.com.
