Spring is here and we just got that sweet first hit of Vitamin D! Instead of investing in any major new trends this season, I asked our editors what is on their spring wish list and what their tried and tested essentials are already sitting on their shelves to get you through the season bringing out that inner radiance. I’m prioritizing self-care this spring, I was lacking enthusiasm for it during the colder months, perhaps I didn’t want to check myself out in the mirror until the sun started to shine. As someone obsessed with gardening, mending, skincare, and pagans in rabbit masks, you can say that our team is very varied, which is why we all love to exchange what we are obsessing over at the moment.

We tend to fawn over luxury or packaging, but with the growing wealth gap, we can’t pretend that anything is worth getting in debt for, so first, shop in your own closet, make use of what you have or need to use up, and just remember nothing heats up spring-like confidence!

EDITOR’S PICKS:

El Golfo de México T-Shirt by CAMPILLO. Available HERE!

You can’t go wrong with a tee. I love bar merch, dad shirts, tourist trap tees, and second-hand finds. When I saw Mexico-born and based designer Patricio Campillo walk out at the end of his FW25 show at New York Fashion Week in this kitschy tee serving up a gusty political statement, I immediately looked to see when it would be out on his e-shop, no matter where you are in the world, nothing is better than a t-shirt that’s stylish and anti-fascist.

Kraken Denim Chap by Siegenthaler. Available HERE!

Siegenthaler is a young brand coming out of Paris that is already establishing itself with their signature modularity clothing. You can transform your spring wardrobe and nail layering, or a cowboy, with just one chap! Made in Portugal, this piece is 100% cotton and certified ‘deadstock’ from the LVMH group. Whether hitting the road or a rodeo, you can play with this.

Acne Kit by Monastery. Available HERE!

I struggle with acne and breakouts, and I’ve spent time with dermatologists and skin specialists who have told me that excessive cleaning might weaken your skin barrier and skipping your morning routine is not the answer either. I’ve been looking for something “no-stress” without interfering with my skin’s natural moisture balance. My skin began to heal and balance with Monastery’s Rose cleansing oil, designed to restore over-dried and sensitive skin. With an extremely high concentration of vitamin K, their Gold botanical healing serum works as a potent healing cocktail that helps cure damaged cells and the pigmented cells linked to acne. My skin feels so much better after using it, and it’s a complete pleasure to use.

Brief Key Chain by Louis Gabriel Nouchi. Available HERE!

You can never have too many key chains! That’s right! They make great little accessories to add to bags and make a quick fun way to elevate even your old battered weekend bags that look better with age. Additionally, I have a million keys, for different locks, doors, you name it. The LGN briefs come in different sizes, so might even get one for my cards and one for my baguette coins in different colors. Meanwhile, I must be overcompensating for all of the carabiners I’ve lost over the years.

Frequent Freshness by To My Ships. Available HERE!

I discovered the personal care range by To My Ships earlier in the year, coincidentally after I finished rereading the Odyssey, just to discover that the range takes inspiration from Homer’s epic poem Iliad. I’ve been using their Of The Gods Polygonum Spray-On Deodorant, which is and is free of aluminum salts and alcohol, thus great for my sensitive skin, not to mention, that you can spray it anywhere. I’ve extended now to their Roll-On Deodorant made up of a derivative of Indian Mulberry and a fermented Lactic Acid extract. Of The Gods Polygonum Hand & Body Wash also helps combat sweat while gently exfoliating with a hint of green citrus reminding us that summer is around the corner. Additionally, the packaging is made of recycled and infinitely recyclable aluminum to further reduce landfills and To My Ships promotes the usage of 375ml and 750ml refills.

Shorts by PUMA x KidSuper. Available HERE!

I’m just getting started, because by summer, we will all be in shorty short shorts, which are quickly becoming the male equivalency of the little black dress. So time to get those football thighs ready. The PUMA x KidSuper collaboration has made Dillane’s two-tone contrasted contour patterns a recurrent theme in the collab that works for both athletes and artists. You can’t go wrong styling with a simple chain necklace or something more dramatic.

LOVE Socks by Octobre Editions. Available HERE!

Spring weather is anything but predictable and these French-knit socks are ideal for subtly incorporating a Paname touch whether you are sporting a linen suit, jeans, or going shorty. Octobre Edition is becoming the go-to for effortless cool staples among Paris men with environmentally friendly pieces built to last while feeling like you’re in a Truffaut film.

Leo by Vagabond. Available HERE!

Just about everyone from luxury houses to sportswear brands have explored the classic white trainer, but it really comes to life in the spring where its bright, clean colorway reflects the light in just the right way that makes you feel like you stepped into The White Lotus. I’ve been sporting Vagabond’s latest hit “Hillary” which is fun, but I was told that in Stockholm, home to some of the planet’s best dressers, that all of the stylish Scandi men sport the Leo. Its little tidbits like that, which brings a fun new depth to a classic shoe.

Bergamote 22 by LE LABO. Available HERE!

This stunning bergamot blends gymnastic skill with freshness, sweetness, and sensuality. The original code name for the scent, “Fire Cologne,” included all of these characteristics. The distinctive personality of BERGAMOTE 22 is derived from the delicate floral quality of petit grain, the bitterness of grapefruit, the flamboyant sweetness of amber and musk, and the virile touch of vetiver. As someone who doesn’t leave the house without perfume, I’m looking forward to this solid perfume edition.

Tiny Claw Earring by Maria Nilsdotter. Available HERE!

Inspired by the somber Nordic landscape and folklore mythology, Maria’s works depict a dark and glittering cosmos full of gothic undertones, and surprising turns. With hints of mystery and nocturnal surrealism, the Tiny Claw Pearl Earring combines the subtle elegance of a brilliant freshwater pearl with the essence of a creature’s claw and the emotional energy I want to encapsulate leading up to the solstice.

CYPRÈS 21 by LE LABO. Available HERE!

Who doesn’t like to take a moment to unwind with a slow-burning Le Labo candle from the simple style to their unique scents, they are a multi-layered sensory experience. Made with premium soy wax, each candle is expertly hand-poured and imbued with elegant, distinctive scents that continue to fill the air long after it has been extinguished. We are told CYPRÈS 21 is the “antidote to burnout” with the seductive spell of patchouli. I’m starting to think there are two types of men in the world, the ones who burn candles, and the ones who clearly need to calm down and lower their cortisol with a moment of peace.

What we are putting in our JS Health Vitamins Self-care bundle. Available HERE!

JHS Vitamins is great for your supplement hauls, it can be difficult to know what to take, but they organize their supplements by what you want to tackle whether it is memory, detox, or de-stress, in our recent haul picked up the Vitality X + Collagen Powder, which has a light sweet taste, they tell you to add it to your smoothies or water, but I’ve literally added it to quiches, curries, you name it. I think I even replaced cornstarch with it once. This haul I’m also trying their viral Vita-Growth Scalp Serum tackling my annoying hairs that break at the roots, and their Illuminating Peptide Eye Serum for lifting, depuffing, and the reduction of dark circles. We love that their products are clean and with mostly vegan options.
