Para celebrar la merecida vuelta de “Dr. J.” (Julius Erving) a Converse, han reeditado la icónica zapatilla Pro Leather con una parte superior en cuero de lujo. Además nuevos modelos inspirados en el baloncesto de los años 70 con la Chuck Taylor como base y otros míticos como la Converse Classic Trainer y las Coverse Nylon Trainer donde la marca se introdujo en el mundo de las zapatillas de atletismo, como siempre combinando moda y deporte.





Estas son solo para chicas y es una nueva colaboración basada en las Chuck Taylor All Star con cuatro estampados originales diseñados en exclusiva por la firma Marimekko.
“La colaboración entre Marimekko y Converse resultó de lo más natural,” declaró Noora Niinikoski, Directora de Diseño de Marimekko. “Ambas compañías somos herederas de una gran tradición y hemos recorrido nuestro propio camino a lo largo de la historia. Hay algo realmente especial en este estilo de vida intemporal y creo que estas zapatillas constituyen un ejemplo perfecto del mismo.”





Y por último, otra sorpresa de Converse para este invierno: relanzamiento de las míticas ALL-NEW DR. J PRO LEATHER SHOES featuring Horween Leather. Diseñadas en 1976 en honor de la leyenda Julius “Dr. J”, cuyas iniciales están grabadas en oro en el lateral de las zapas. En España se pueden conseguir en la tienda ’24 Kilates’ en Barcelona.
