NAMESAKE presented its latest collection at Paris Fashion Week, inspired by the theme of moving. The collection explores the emotional and physical aspects of transitioning from one place to another, as well as the impact of moving on one’s identity and sense of belonging.
The collection features pieces that reflect the different stages of moving, from the initial decision to the final destination. The designs are influenced by the contrast between the fast-paced and the slow-paced, the familiar and the unfamiliar, the old and the new. The collection also pays homage to the home, incorporating cozy and comfortable fabrics that evoke the warmth and security of a personal space.
