A new adventure is on the horizon for Italian fashion house Marni, creatively led by Francesco Risso, as it has decided to expand its range of partnerships and introduce a new one with lifestyle brand No Vacancy Inn, which launched in 2015 as a collaboration between Acyde Odunlami, Brock Korsan and Tremaine Emory (creative director of Supreme).

Moving even further with her into the art world, this new joint project is about a collection of menswear, womenswear, and accessories that fuses Risso’s affinity for vibrant colors and crazy prints with the minimalism of No Vacancy Inn’s streetwear. Both styles will be reflected in the patchwork and collage-like garments that make up Marni + No Vacancy Inn, including sweatshirts, crochet pieces, hand-painted florals, jeans, and more.

Both parties have described the line as “playing with a shared visual language that uses clothing surfaces as a canvas upon which to lay visually striking symbols that deal with contemporary culture.”

The collection will be available for purchase in April next year at Marni stores and other select retailers.
