LVMH Prize Announces the 8 Finalists for 2025

Following up on the semi-final of the LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers which brought together twenty young designers who presented their work collections at the showroom during Paris Fashion Week, the 8th finalists of the 12th Edition have now been announced. The eight shortlisted finalists were selected by the public and the Prize Experts which included Imran Amed, Sarah Andelman, Edward Enninful, Michel Gaubert, Beka Gvishiani, Jefferson Hack, Adrian Joffe, Mel Ottenberg, Law Roach, and many more.
“On the occasion of the 12th edition of the LVMH Prize, the collections of the semi-finalists highlighted a rich diversity of backgrounds and creative visions. They each displayed an inspiring level of expertise in tailoring, and craftsmanship, as well as great refinement, and I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate them all. I am also very grateful to our committee of Experts for their continued support. I wish all the candidates the best of luck and look forward to seeing them again at the 2025 LVMH Prize final to be held at the Fondation Louis Vuitton on 3rd September.” declared Delphine Arnault.
The chosen designers will showcase their works to the LVMH Prize Jury on the 3rd of September. Following that, the jury will select from among the finalists the winners of the Savoir-Faire Prize, the Karl Lagerfeld Prize, and the LVMH Prize—a distinction that honors superior craftsmanship, technological innovation, and sustainable business practices. The winner of the LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers receives a customized mentorship program from LVMH teams in addition to a 400,000 euro endowment. Additionally, the Karl Lagerfeld and Savoir-Faire Prize winners each get 200,000 euros in addition to a year of mentoring from LVMH teams. Lastly, the Prize honors three recent fashion school graduates each year. at addition to receiving 10,000 euros, each winner and their school will spend a year at the design studio of one of the group’s houses.
