Two major names in luxury PR are coming together. Lucien Pagès Communication and AIPR have formed a joint venture, now operating in the UK as Lucien Pagès & AIPR. The move combines the strengths of both agencies, backed by The Independents group, which acquired Lucien Pagès in December 2024.

AIPR, founded by Adam Iezzi in 2005, has built a reputation for high-end fashion, beauty, and lifestyle PR, known for its personalized approach and strong storytelling. The merger allows both agencies to expand their reach while keeping their distinct identities.

I couldn’t think of a more natural partner,” said Iezzi. “Lucien and I share the same standards, creativity, and work ethic. With The Independents’ network, we can offer even more to our clients while keeping our team strong.

Lucien Pagès, whose agency has been a key player in Paris and New York since 2006, has long considered expanding to London. “Adam’s work complements mine perfectly,” he said. “We’ve shared clients and methods for years. Now, with The Independents, it’s the right moment to make this official.”

The merger strengthens The Independents’ global network, which includes agencies like Karla Otto, Bureau Betak, and Lefty, with offices in major cities worldwide. Earlier this year, the group also launched L’Incubateur, a program to support emerging talent and agencies.
