LAZOSCHMIDL presented its Spring/Summer 2026 collection, RENDEZVOUS, under the radiant Paris Fashion Week summer heat. Inspired by the concept of Get Ready With Me, the line is an autobiographical story about getting dressed and becoming the persona you’re dressed as in different scenarios. A 2.5-hour-long installation with 10 male models evolving from look to look inside semi-transparent mobile cabins as they undressed in front of the spectators was the hottest way to present the collection. Models could decide how much of themselves to show, how shy or how extroverted to be, while the audience defines their gaze. The experience toys with privacy and exposure, mirroring the reality that social media has done with the great influx of GRWM content. However, this getting ready was raw and real, as models couldn’t self-edit their pictures but had the chance to be themselves, they had some fruit, some cigarettes, took pictures of each other, and took selfies. Models show what they want, and the audience sees what they want to see.
