Lacoste presents its Barcelona 1992 Olympic Heritage Collection

Lacoste presents its new Olympic Heritage clothing and accessories collection commemorating the Barcelona 1992 Olympic Games, within the framework of a license agreement with the International Olympic Committee.
This collection is the fifth to celebrate the graphic heritage of an iconic edition of the Olympic Games. The Barcelona collection joins the limited editions of Grenoble 1968, Mexico City 1968, Los Angeles 1984 and Tokyo 1964, designed by Lacoste and launched under a licensing agreement to create collections co-signed and in homage to past Olympic Games.
Those of Barcelona 1992 were legendary games, one of the most iconic editions of all the Olympics and a cultural reference for the games of the modern era. These Olympic Games were the perfect combination of sporting excellence and pure lifestyle, seen and remembered by billions of people around the world.
The games completely transformed the city of Barcelona and placed it indisputably on the list of the most popular destinations in Europe. For this reason, this is the ideal opportunity for the people of Barcelona to immerse themselves in this emblematic period for the city through a revival of the 90s.
The 90s was an iconic decade that inspired many current points of reference: breakdancing, music, video games and fashion, to name a few. Today the influence of those years is not a trend, but more than a state of mind, it is a lifestyle.
