And Givenchy is Back!!! Following Clare Waight Keller unveiling of the Givenchy Fall/Winter 2018-2019 in Paris’ Palais de Justice, decorated with film noir interiors, we were quite in for a surprise when the after show party went further into the theme. With references from David Lynch to Stanley Kubrick given a French touch.
“Steven Meisel and I worked on the idea of mystery and iconic strange things from New York in the ’90s,” Waight Keller said at the soiree.
Karen Elsen and Sevdaliza gave a live music performance that looked straight out of Twin Peak’s Roadhouse. The fashion set descended upon the Poulpry hotel with Etienne Russo along with designers Glenn Martens and Virgil Abloh showed their support. Tarot reading and karaoke were also in abundance as we made our way through each room not knowing where the next door would open to.
