Gabe Gordon’s Fall/Winter 2025 Ready-To-Wear Collection, titled Rubber Boyfriend, is a story told through clothing. It’s a collection that doesn’t just show clothes but also tells a tale. The story is set in the 1980s, in a town that feels familiar but isn’t quite home. It’s about a high school dance team, their coach, and a betrayal that spirals into something darker. The collection is rooted in adolescence but touches on deeper themes like vulnerability, punishment, masculinity, and desire.
