Études Studio has teamed up with The Kitchen, a New York-based non-profit experimental arts center, to create a capsule collection, part of Études Studio’s FW24 N°24 collection, titled “Untitled (sans-titre).”

The collaboration draws inspiration from The Kitchen’s rich history of avant-garde performances and art. The collection features references to iconic works and artists from the 20th century, including Yasunao Tone, Jonathan Richman, and the coalition of Cecilia Sandoval, Mary Lucier, Shigeko Kubota, and Charlotte Warren.

The collection is a blend of functional workwear and comfortable pieces, with a focus on purity of form and Parisian elegance. The designs are inspired by the ephemeral nature of avant-garde performances, and the collection features references to posters, videos, and other archival materials from The Kitchen’s past.

Proceeds from the collection will support artistic innovation at The Kitchen, helping to ensure its continued success. The collection, photographed by Ulysse Lozano, features models wearing the pieces alongside members of The Kitchen’s community, including Maria Hassabi, Matthew Lutz-Kinoy, and Martine Syms.
