Masayuki – Founder and Creative Director of the genderless fashion brand Doublet – is usually the person in charge of bringing color and fun to Paris Fashion Week, and this edition was no less, as he managed to brighten up the grey and rainy Sunday that the French capital offered for a few minutes thanks to his vision, materialized in his Fall/Winter 2025 proposal.

The Faculté de Pharmacie was the chosen place where the aforementioned happened, as witnessed by the show’s guests who didn’t take their eyes off the looks that made up the collection, entitled “Villain”. As the name itself says, the line revolves around the world that surrounds these types of characters, generally bad ones, and how the Japanese designer imagines them is with a certain dark/gothic air and wearing coats of different styles, some in fake fur and others as trench coats; tailoring, in light colors for the day and dark for the night, highlighting the trompe l’oeil print suit; knitwear to protect themselves from the bad criticism that their behavior generates; and workwear, generally denim.

Footwear in rounded shapes and spiked shoes to defend themselves against rivals, along with accessories such as studded bags and belts, complement Doublet’s work.
