From the lush rose haven in Granville to the Provencal gardens of La Colle Noire, nature has been an unwavering source of inspiration for Christian Dior. The world of plants inhabited his work and life, and over the years, the couturier cultivated his attachment to the countryside, to the earth, and to “ simple and natural things .”
For the Dior Summer 2023 men’s line, Kim Jones chose to pay homage to this passion – which has become one of the House’s iconic themes through the collections – by partnering up with Mystery Ranch for the first time. Based in Montana – close to the Rocky Mountains, where its equipment is tested – the brand imagines bags created for adventure, resistant to the most extreme situations, and intended, notably, for rescue services.
