DAVID CATALAN “The Blanket” Campaign

David Catalan‘s “The Blanket” collection mixes old and new styles. It’s inspired by the rich history of Cobertores de Papa de Macainhas and the detailed beauty of Castelo Branco (Portugal) embroidery.
The collection brings a sense of nostalgia, drawing from the misty landscapes, shepherds, and quiet villages of Portugal. It’s a tribute to the region’s heritage and craftsmanship. Catalan skillfully combines traditional elements like wool and fabric with modern techniques. Denim sets and cozy, curly fabrics inspired by churra sheep wool blend heritage with contemporary style.
