BENAVENTE presented its new collection, “Capriccio per Benavente,” at 080 Barcelona Fashion. The title comes from a musical form. In the 17th century, a capriccio was a piece that showcased a composer’s freedom and a performer’s skill. The brand uses this idea to describe its own creative process.
For BENAVENTE, this means looking inward. The inspiration comes from the work itself: the daily practice, the aesthetic choices, the influences that shape a vision. The result is a collection that defines the brand’s own idea of masculinity. It builds a look that is both distinct and coherent.
Each piece in the collection reflects this philosophy. They find a point of balance between theatricality and precision, between excess and refinement. There is a constant dialogue between what is traditional and what is new.
