Video Blood Brother SS16 “Colony” Video

Blood Brother has made a short film for SS16 in collaboration with previous contributor and friend James Barber, giving context to the seasonal theme of “Colony’”.
Using two models as a constant tether to the Blood Brother concept of togetherness we follow the pair in their nomadic migration and subsequent exploration of an alternative landscape.
Created within a studio, the set has been artistically pieced together by another good friend of the brand Philipp von Frankenberg.
The piece is shot with intensity and a visual richness that delivers the ideology of this roving existence, while displaying the key pieces from the season. The opulent mood is enhanced further with a celestial soundtrack played by Reuben James – Sam Smith collaborator, tour pianist and 1 half of electro funk/soul group ‘KINGDM‘.
