Bimba y Lola held an event at the Reina Sofía Museum in support of a new exhibition for the artist Maruja Mallo. The guest list included well-known figures from film, art, and music, and even featured a performer dressed as the artist herself. The exhibition, which opened on October 8th, will run until March 16, 2026. Bimba y Lola is acting as a patron for the exhibition’s public program.

Maruja Mallo is considered a unique voice of the Spanish avant-garde. Her work blends marine life, plant forms, and surrealist visions. This visual language (full of life, organic shapes, and dreamlike scenes) aligns with the spirit of Bimba y Lola, a brand that has always used color, prints, and experimentation as its signature.

Through this partnership, the brand continues its dialogue with the creative community. It also invites its customers to join guided tours and special events to discover Mallo’s legacy. The goal is to create a space where art, fashion, and daily life meet. This initiative adds to the brand’s history of cultural projects, which include collaborations with other artists and a partnership with the National Gallery. It reinforces Bimba y Lola’s ongoing commitment to connecting fashion with culture and making it more accessible.
