Berluti Fall/Winter 2019 Campaign

Kris Van Assche’s thoughtfulness can be certainly categorized as a “far-off” from your classic sartorial let-down. A weightless array of polished comfort juxtaposed with a high-end experimental consciousness hoisted the designer’s latest campaign, striking a progressive iteration of menswear tailoring that paid homage to the LVMH-owned long-long-term legacy.
Accompanied by a copious assortment of eyewear and chisel-toed shaped boots, Berluti’s FW19 collection was indeed a genderless affair, delivering adaptations such as trimmed coats (with brave shoulders), tailored jackets, and smartly-structured trouser bottoms, formalizing the take of the modern man. Lustrous highlights raised the bar, that’s in shirting, tucked beneath a plethora of crisply-cut blazers with color-harmonized trousers, introducing a throbbing palette of oranges, blues, and blacks. Elsewhere graphic themes stormed upon clothing, mimicking and emboldening the brand’s fine etiquette. Outerwear staples are predominant, emblazoned by sleeked-back hairstyles that provide an impalpable sense of unfading luxury.
