Balenciaga‘s campaign for their 3XL sneaker features models Daniel and Lise sporting the eye-catching kicks in a clean eggshell colorway, set against a familiar domestic backdrop. They were photographed by Chris Lensz.
This isn’t your average running shoe, though. The 3XL takes the classic silhouette and blows it up, creating a super-wide profile with a unique texture thanks to a mix of technical mesh and chunky laces. The design plays with our perception, warping edges and surfaces like they’ve been magnified.
