Después de enseñaros hace unos días la nueva campaña de adidas Originals EQT con el fotógrafo alemán Juergen Teller en las calles de Berlin, hoy os enseñamos un cortometraje documental llamado “Only the Essentials” que documenta el trasfondo, la evolución y el legado de la icónica línea de adidas bajo el lema “Everything that is essential. Nothing that is not”.
Un short film que muestra de dónde viene y hacia dónde va la nueva historia de EQT, explorando los componentes y circunstancias que llevaron a la concepción de esta línea. Esa imperiosa necesidad de encontrar una nueva dirección, la sobresaturación de un estilo dentro de la industria del calzado deportivo hasta llegar a ese espíritu de liberación que repercutió en toda Alemania a raíz de la caída del muro de Berlin.
Una colección que 24 años después, vuelve a convertirse en todo un referente.
