WILLY CHAVARRIA Fall/Winter 2025 Campaign
by Adriano Batista
For its Fall/Winter 2025 campaign, Willy Chavarria introduces a new chapter called EXACTAMENTE. The project uses “Living Pictures,” a first for the brand. Shot by Danielle Levitt and animated by art director Jess Cuevas, these are cinematic portraits that move. The models are seen with a sense of presence, intention, and quiet power.
Inspired by the iconic visual cataloging of Ari Versluis and Ellie Uyttenbroek, the WILLY crew turns the lens back on New York. This project is a tribute to the idea that clothes belong to the wearer, not the other way around. Danielle Levitt photographs and interviews the people who make up the WILLY CHAVARRIA universe: family, friends, neighbors, even the barista who hands over the morning coffee. Each brings their own rhythm, humor, and style to the garments. Together, they animate the brand’s world. This is where luxury meets irreverence, and every look is lived in, not staged.
The collection itself explores the space between strength and softness. The clothes carry Chavarria’s signature drama through oversized silhouettes, dropped shoulders, and wide-legged trousers. Sharp tailoring is combined with the ease of sportswear, creating a fusion of street style and elevated formality.
This season, the focus shifts from how the clothes look to a more complete experience. It is about how they move on the body, how they feel to wear, and, most importantly, who they are for.
