Camper and CAMPERLAB reopen in Barcelona!
by Adriano Batista

Camper has reopened its main store in Barcelona. Located in the Eixample district, the space was redesigned by local designer Max Enrich. The idea was to create a surrealist shoe box at a human scale. The experience is built on a shift in perspective. You start outside, looking in through a large window. Then, you step across the threshold and become a part of the Camper universe itself.

Inside, a feeling of calm takes over. The walls, floor, and ceiling are covered in birch wood, creating a soft, serene environment that plays with the natural light. The shoes are displayed on minimalist stainless steel frames. A single piece of fiberglass furniture acts as both a seat and a part of the display, blending art with use.
Upstairs, a different world appears. This is the home of CAMPERLAB, the brand’s more experimental side. The mezzanine is covered in a textured blue carpet, creating a deliberate contrast to the quiet ground floor. It is a space that feels more unpredictable.

These two worlds (the serene and the experimental) exist together under one roof. They are different, but connected by a shared creative source. The entire store is a gateway into how Camper sees the world.
