Y-3 returns with a campaign for its Fall/Winter 2025 collection, and it chooses a distinct voice to tell its story. The label has again partnered with Japanese photographer Daido Moriyama, a figure known for his powerful visual language.

This is not a story told in a polished studio. Moriyama and Y-3 descend into Tokyo, using the city’s raw architecture as their stage. They find a space with a cylindrical core, a geometric cocoon that feels both intimate and abstract. This setting invites a feeling of meditation, a place for both stillness and motion.

Here, models move between shadow and light. They wear key pieces from the collection: the GENDO TRAIL, the TOKYO, the STAN SMITH, and the GSG9 BOOT. The clothes become part of the environment. The campaign highlights apparel with a unique feature: malleable wired appendages that let the wearer reshape adidas’ iconic Three Stripes. This transformative idea is brought to life against Tokyo’s concrete forms.
