Magliano‘s Spring/Summer 2026 collection trades the runway for cinema, presenting clothes that demand stillness. This is fashion as interruption, a strike against haste. The scene unfolds in the tight hold of an overnight ferry, where time lingers and restless travelers stir. Director Thomas Hardiman frames it with knowing glamour, while Federico Chiari’s music moves between ceremony and freedom.

The designs speak of temporary living, drawing from camping’s practical poetry. Functional elements transform: ropes and hooks serve as fastenings or ornaments, while polyester and cotton debate their roles in shapes that adjust like shelter. Bags made from old backpacks carry the marks of use. Footwear hovers between polish and ease, with formal styles leaning toward open-air comfort.

This collection lives in transit, in clothes made for motion yet craving rest. Not escaping, not arriving, simply passing through the long night.
