Les Benjamins “Dubai Drop” – A Celebration of Eastern Punk in the Heart of the UAE

The exclusive Fall/Winter 2024 drop in Dubai by Les Benjamins blends Turkish tradition with punk rebellion. Drawing inspiration from the rich heritage of the country, along with the 1970s punk inspiration, the offering looks fresh and modern.
At the heart of this collection lies a deep appreciation for Turkish culture. Bünyamin Aydin, the creative director, draws inspiration from ancient patterns and symbols, reimagining them with a punk twist.
The collection challenges gender norms with fluid silhouettes and daring designs. Each piece is designed to be worn by anyone, regardless of gender. The color palette is equally diverse, ranging from vibrant hues to muted tones.
The visual language of the collection is a striking blend of punk and tradition. Patchwork, safety pins, and unraveled textures are combined with intricate patterns and calligraphy. The overall effect is a rebellious yet refined aesthetic that captures the essence of both worlds.
