A sacai Curated Dining Experience with Menchirashi at BaseHall
by Adriano Batista
In a trendy fusion of flavors and fashion, sacai is teaming up with Harajuku’s Menchirashi to create a unique dining experience at BaseHall in Hong Kong’s Landmark.
Menchirashi is bringing its signature udon dishes to the table, and the twist? They’re dishing up some exciting collaborative menus with “CURRY UP,” a Japanese curry restaurant backed by NIGO®, and Yardbird, the one Michelin-star modern Japanese Izakaya that’s got Hong Kong buzzing. It’s a culinary journey like no other.
For a limited time, “sacai THE noodle by Menchirashi” will be serving a specialty curated menu featuring:

Menchirashi Carbonara Udon

Cold Udon with s(acai) Tempura

Curry Up®︎ Keema Curry Udon

Yardbird Tori Paitan Udon (Chicken Broth)
But that’s not all. For those looking to take a piece of this collaboration home, you’ll find a sacai x Menchirashi pop-up store in the basement floor of the Landmark atrium at BELOWGROUND. And yes, it’s not just about food; there’s a special collaborative tee waiting for you, alongside some CURRY UP x Menchirashi merchandise. Check it out below:
