Fiel a su filosofía, García Madrid revoluciona y actualiza prendas de la sastrería clásica española de los años 40 y 50 para confeccionar su nueva temporada. Clásicos que viajan en el tiempo con un toque personal y refinado, que incluye acabados pulidos y artesanos.
En el paisaje de colores de la colección Nº 10 de GM vibran, se coordinan y superponen los tonos tierra con el azul mar, los blancos ópticos y el negro degradado, el azul noche y el sutil verde primavera.
Las texturas transitan entre los tejidos el “vichy” desenfocado y el ojo de perdiz, las mil rayas evocadoras de los veranos en San Sebastián y los estampados florales mucho más bucólicos, el algodón “superfine” con el lino, la lana fría rústica con los “denim” más puros.
Las siluetas son marcadas, los pantalones en línea con el zapato mostrando sutilmente el tobillo y acabados en vuelta, las camisas entalladas pero que permiten libertad y aire, los polos con cinturas revisadas…
