If the old American dream was to settle in the suburbs, the new American dream is to break out for an adventure. For Wrangler’s Fall 2018 preview campaign, the iconic American brand takes the Eighties suburbia of Spielberg and Stranger Things as its starting point, and rides away in search of more.

Nostalgia and era-authentic detail runs through the collection which sets the tone for the upcoming Fall Winter 2018 collection. The denim range features retro cuts and washes, and a new approach to color, seen in the pastel shades or the bright and bold Wrangler rainbow splashed across the back of vests and jackets. Eighties pastels are contrasted with hits of black and pops of tropical rainbow brights, while graphics are evocative of retro Americana. Authentic slogans from the Eighties – Wrangler Wrocks and Wrangler Wrevolution – are resurrected, in a playful nod to the brand’s youthful energy and heritage.
